Dynamic Flow
Dynamic flow classes take their root from moving with the breath in a mindful yet dynamic and fluid way. Classes offer carefully considered sequences to lead you through a journey with your body, breath and energy as we flow from pose to pose. These classes aim to help you feel more connected to your breath, your body and ultimately yourself.
Flow & Restore
A dynamic breath led flow will be followed by space and time to drop into restorative poses using the support of props. This will fully allow the body and the nervous system to restore and relax in a supported practice.
beginners/level 1
An introduction to the practice of yoga. Each class will be a breath led flow which will be dynamic yet at a pace that is accessible to beginner students. There will be space and time to look closely at poses, breath work as well as flowing sequences.
